I was born and raised an hour north of Sacramento, in a small farming town (literally graduated high school with 75 classmates). I grew up helping tend to my family’s farm and fruit stand where we sold our seasonal produce.

After high school, I went to Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo before transferring to California State University, Sacramento where I received my Bachelor of Art in Communication Studies. It didn’t take long into the 9-5 workforce for me to realize that I wanted to create my own business. I initially found a passion for permanent makeup where I specialized in Ombrè eyebrows. After four years in the permanent makeup industry, I found myself wanting to explore other creative outlets. After someone I used to work with posted about permanent jewelry on social media, it clicked for me! With experience in welding and a love for jewelry, I knew in that moment that I had found my next adventure!

As someone who has called Sacramento home for over eight years, I've fallen in love with this city and all it has to offer. From its overwhelming creativity and incredible talent to the endless opportunities and amazing people, it truly is an incredible place to live and work.

Through Stay Golden Studio, I hope to build connections and contribute to the beauty of Sacramento, all while helping my clients commemorate special milestones and bonds with their loved ones, one piece of permanent jewelry at a time.
